    Step 1

    将洋葱、干辣椒、姜、南姜、香茅、指天椒和大蒜混合在一起打成泥状。Blend onion, dry chilli, ginger, galangal, lemongrass, bird eye chilli and garlic altogether. Blend until smoothly fine.

    Step 2

    将混合的配料与食用油和疯柑叶一起煸炒出香味。Saute the blended ingredient with the cooking oils and kaffir lime leaves until smells nice and fragrance.

    Step 3

    炒得比较干身后,加入鸡肉和水一起慢慢焖煮。Once dry up a bit, add chicken and water altogether. Let it simmer slowly.

    Step 4

    接下来,将黄姜叶、椰子糊和椰浆一起加入,混合均匀,再次焖煮。Next, add turmeric leaves, coconut paste and coconut milk altogether and mix well, let it simmer for a second time.

    Step 5

    使用椰糖、白糖和盐调味后,再次焖至浓稠及颜色变深及完全熟透即可。Seasoned it using a palm sugar, white sugar and salt until balanced. Let it simmer again until thick, colour turns darker and completely cooked.
